We are a full service, non-profit, behavioral health counseling & consulting center in Lake Mary. We believe that each one of us are on a journey towards hope, healing and renewal and that the therapeutic journey is one whereby we work together to make a difference. No matter where you are on your journey we believe there is always hope.
We have extensive experience working with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Addictions, Bi-Polar Disorder, Men's and Women's issues, GLBTQi, trauma and many other issues as well.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. Our primary focus is cognitive behavioral therapy but we are eclectic in our main approach.
Relationship and marriage counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both individuals and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Counseling is a journey whereby we partner with each person as they seek to traverse this path called "life." Sometimes there are varied issues to address so we have spent time developing expertise in many areas.
We see a variety of clients/patients and address anger management issues; anxiety, depression and other mood issues; bi-polar; addiction (sex, substance, process--gambling, spending, etc...; GLBTQi; partner issues; and a host of other things as well.
We are on the Seminole County Anger Managment List to provide services for those who have encountered the law and have been ordered to receive anger management.
We also partner with Sojourners Recovery and Wellness Center when it comes to the more intense addictions that need a more intense and prolonged approach.
