Insurance and Fees
We believe that therapy should be available to everyone and so we do our best to keep our expenses down. Our current rates are $150 per clinical hour but we accept insurance and will be happy to bill your insurance company on your behalf.
We are a preferred provider for Aetna, Blue Shield/Blue Cross, Florida Blue and Florida Health Care Plans. We also work with the Camaraderie Foundation for Military Veterans (located in Orlando).
We also accept most major credit cards.
Forms
You can download the forms below so that you can have them ready for your appointment. It takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to complete them. There are two:
HIPPA form and Information form. You can also download the Release of Information form if you need us to speak to someone on your behalf.
Donate or Pay Fees
If you want to support our non-profit counseling center and Healing Place feel free to make a donation. It is tax deductible or you can pay fees owed.
